Stornogebühren

Wir erheben keine Gebühren für Reservierungen, die 7 Tage oder länger vor dem Abholtermin storniert oder geändert werden. Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung nach diesem Zeitpunkt stornieren oder ändern, dann werden die folgenden Gebühren erhoben:

• Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung weniger als 7 Tage vor dem Abholtermin stornieren oder ändern, dann werden Ihnen entweder die vollen Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 30,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist, angerechnet.
• Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem Abholtermin stornieren oder ändern, dann werden Ihnen entweder die vollen Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 70,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist, angerechnet.

Nichterscheinen

Wenn Sie Ihr Fahrzeug nicht am spezifizierten Abholtermin abholen, dann behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Ihnen eine Nichterscheinungsgebühr in Höhe der Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 70,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist anzurechnen. Im Falle eines Nichterscheinens wird Ihnen Ihre Kreditkartenzahlung abzüglich der Nichterscheinungsgebühr rückerstattet.

Nicht aufgebrauchte Miettage

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass nicht aufgebrauchte Miettage bei vorausbezahlten Reservierungen nicht rückerstattet werden.

Additional Driver Policy

Additional drivers will be charged EUR 25.00 + tax per driver per rental.

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 for car groups EDMN (Economy), DDMR (Economy Elite), CDMR (Compact), CDAR (Compact) and EDMR (Economy). For all other groups the minimum age is 25. There is no maximum age limit. No young driver fee, however it is mandatory for driver's under 23 years of age to purchase LDW.

Cross Border Policy

Driving into Romania, Bulgaria, former countries of USSR and Yugoslavia is not allowed. If the car is taken into these countries, the driver will be responsible in the event of theft of the car and for all damage to the car, even if LDW has been purchased. Cross border travel is allowed for all cars at no extra cost. Please be advised that due to a change in law in Germany, it is mandatory for all vehicles crossing the border into Germany to have winter tyres fitted during the Snow & Icy conditions. Customers will be fined on the spot if they are stopped by police and found to not have the appropriate winter tyres.

Delivery / Collection

Delivery and collection is available during office hours only and cost as follows: In town (up to 20Kms) is EUR 20.00 + tax. Out of Town (over 20 kms) is EUR 25.00 + tax, plus EUR 0.5 + tax for each additional km. Delivery & collections to all ACCOR Hotels are free of charge.

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss, damage or theft of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 600.00 EUR. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies as well as options to reduce this excess value. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer .

License Requirements

A full valid license which has been held for a minimum of one year is required for all cars. An international driving permit is not required. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

One Way Rentals

Domestic one ways are free of charge between all locations. A minimum length of rental of 1 day is required. For reservations placed on week-end rates, one way rentals are not allowed (the car must be returned to the pick up station). International one ways are permitted - please refer to the IOWP grid.

Out of Hours Policy

Out of hours pick ups are available on request at Prague Airport only (until midnight) at a cost of EUR 30.00 + tax, provided that the reservation includes exact flight and arrival information. Out of hours drop offs are only permitted at Prague Airport.

Payment Policy

Acceptable methods of payment are: Amex, Visa, Diners, MasterCard/Eurocard, National Vouchers, National Charge Cards, Travellers Cheque and Cash. A deposit of EUR 275.00 plus 20% of the estimated rental charges is required, which will be held on the credit card until the card is returned. Cash deposits are not accepted.

Refuelling Policy

Car is supplied with a full tank. Return full or refuelling charges apply at a rate of EUR 1.60 per litre. Please note that fuel prices are subject to change at any time.

Roadside Assistance

Details will be provided to the customer at time of pickup.

Special Equipment

Child/Infant seat CSI (suitable for 0 - 12 months) - EUR 20.00 + tax per rental. Baby Seat CSB (suitable for 1 - 3 year olds) - EUR 20.00 + tax per rental. Toddler Seat CST (suitable for 4 - 7 year olds) - EUR 20.00 + tax per rental. Booster Seats BST (suitable for children under 135 cms or up to 12 years old) - EUR 15.00 + tax per rental. Snow chains SNO - EUR 15.00 + tax per rental. Snow Tyres STR - EUR 7.00 + tax per day for all car groups. The maximum charge is EUR 50.00 + tax per rental for all cars. Ski Rack SKR - EUR 45.00 + tax per rental. Luggage Rack LUG - EUR 20.00 + tax per rental. Bicycle Rack BYC - EUR 13.00 + tax per rental. Satellite Navigation NVS - EUR 10.00 + tax per day. Replacement amount is EUR 750.00. All equipment is on request and is available at all locations. Satellite Navigation is not available for one way rentals. Baby seats (CSB) and Bicycle Racks (BYC) are not loaded in the system - if required please add to the remarks/notes on the reservation.

Surcharges

Airport surcharge is: 19% + tax for Prague Apt, 10% + tax for Brno Apt, 8% + tax for Ostrava Apt. Vehicle Licence Fee (Road Fee) is EUR 2.30 + tax per day. In case of loss of car documents and car keys, an extra charge of EUR 100.00 + tax will apply. And for the loss of the radio panel a charge of EUR 250.00 + tax will apply. These charges are payable locally.
