Stornogebühren

Wir erheben keine Gebühren für Reservierungen, die 7 Tage oder länger vor dem Abholtermin storniert oder geändert werden. Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung nach diesem Zeitpunkt stornieren oder ändern, dann werden die folgenden Gebühren erhoben:

• Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung weniger als 7 Tage vor dem Abholtermin stornieren oder ändern, dann werden Ihnen entweder die vollen Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 30,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist, angerechnet.
• Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem Abholtermin stornieren oder ändern, dann werden Ihnen entweder die vollen Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 70,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist, angerechnet.

Nichterscheinen

Wenn Sie Ihr Fahrzeug nicht am spezifizierten Abholtermin abholen, dann behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Ihnen eine Nichterscheinungsgebühr in Höhe der Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 70,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist anzurechnen. Im Falle eines Nichterscheinens wird Ihnen Ihre Kreditkartenzahlung abzüglich der Nichterscheinungsgebühr rückerstattet.

Nicht aufgebrauchte Miettage

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass nicht aufgebrauchte Miettage bei vorausbezahlten Reservierungen nicht rückerstattet werden.

Additional Driver Policy

Additional driver charge is USD $10.00 per day.

Age Requirements

The minimum age for the ECAR (Economy), CCAR (Compact) and ICAR (Intermediate) is 21 (underage fee of $10.00 per day for ages 21-24 applies). The minimum age for all other vehicles is 25.

Cross Border Policy

Vehicles are not allowed out of Puerto Rico.

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss, damage or theft of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents varies. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer .

License Requirements

A full and valid driver's licence from country of origin is required. You must have a major credit card for identification. 0 Hours advance reservation is required. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

Payment Policy

The following methods of payment are accepted - American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover. External vouchers can be used - XOTTO, XTV, XXO. A Deposit is required for - An authorization for the estimated charges. This authorization amount may be used toward damage or late charges in the event that the vehicle is returned with damage and / or late charges are assessed. A credit card in the name of the renter must be presented at the time of pickup. Debit/check cards are only accepted for payment at time of return. A debit/check card is considered to be any non-credit card bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo. Any other non-credit card without the Visa or MasterCard logo is not accepted. Currency in US Dollar.

Refuelling Policy

Pick up and return full, purchase prepaid tank or we will fill on return with $3.50 service charge per gallon.

Roadside Assistance

Contact Number : 800 568 3019. Customers must complete a police report at the time of the accident and must report the accident to out office. Client must report any damage/theft to our office immediately.

Infant seats - CSI $6.50 USD per day maximum $39 USD per week Child / Toddler Seat - CST $6.50 USD per day maximum $39 USD per week
