Why Should I Activate Accelerated Check-In?
You can save time at the counter when you activate Accelerated Check-in online. Just provide your driver's license and contact information that are normally collected at pick-up and we will be ready when you arrive. You'll be on the road and on vacation before you know it!

- Providing your info ahead of time will make sure we can speed you through the rental process!
- Bring a valid driver's licence for every driver and an acceptable method of payment.
- Proceed to the Alamo counter or self-service kiosk (if available) to obtain your rental agreement. Please do not go directly to the car.
Pick-up Options
Counter Service
The standard rental pick-up experience. At the time of pick-up, renter's driver's licence, contact information, and payment will be manually entered at the counter or via a self-service kiosk (where available).
Accelerated Check-In
A fast rental pick-up experience. Accelerated Check-in is activated when the renter's driver’s licence and contact information is provided ahead of pick-up. When you arrive, stop at the counter so we can quickly verify your information and collect payment.
Skip The Counter
Help make your rental experience even faster! After Activating Accelerated Check-in, submit your payment and accept the rental agreement to Skip the Counter and go directly to your vehicle. The gate agent will confirm your details as you exit the lot. Available at select locations in the US.
